mywa.sh Software Used to Send Text Messages

Did You Receive a Text Message?

mywa.sh was built by MW POS, Inc. d/b/a RollerUp, a software company that powers point-of-sale and membership software for car wash companies. If you received a text message from a car wash that uses RollerUp, that message may have included a link containing the phrase “mywa.sh.” RollerUp’s software uses that link to take you to the page that is relevant to you — your membership, a receipt, a wash pass, or an offer from that car wash.

Want More Information?

If you would like more information about the text message you received, reply to it with the word HELP. If you do not want to receive any more text messages from that number, reply with STOP.

Why Did You Receive the Message?

Car washes that use RollerUp text their customers at the mobile number the customer gave them — on the car wash’s website, in its app, or at the wash itself. The messages are sent by that car wash. RollerUp provides the software that delivers them.

We encourage you to read the car wash’s own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on its website. Use of RollerUp’s website and software is separately governed by RollerUp’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Who Should You Contact?

Contact the car wash company that sent you the message. RollerUp sends these messages on the car wash’s behalf, and the car wash is the one that holds your account. It can see your membership, your charges, and your message settings, and it can change them.

Not sure which car wash it was? Look for the name in the message itself, the name on the charge on your card statement, or the confirmation email you received when you signed up. Then use the contact information on that car wash’s website.
